Plenty of choice for breakfast. I met 3 staff and they were all professional, helpful, and friendly. Bed very comfortable and room clean and newly renovated. The free shuttle made getting to the hotel easy. I liked that it was a small hotel/motel. No noise from other guests though some plane noise but not enough to prevent sleep. Pool looked inviting. I didn't mind the light industrial area location since it was quiet.

The place was nicely renovated, in and out. The room was very spacious and clean, with lots of storage room. The bed was comfortable. The employees were pleasant. Some people complained that this was in a sketchy area, but they may not be Arizonans (or they may not have been to downtown Portland or Denver). My son and I are from Tucson, and didn’t see anything unusual or alarming. Then, our expectations may be too low. What would you expect right next to an airport? Multimillion dollar mansions?

You should not judge the hotel by its external facade or how it looked from the outside. My husband and I had a nice and comfortable stay at Sure Stay. It has the newly renovated rooms with modern amenities. Air conditioner was new and quiet. The receptionist LK was very nice and honest. I forgot my driver's license at the front desk and LK the ever-honest receptionist brought my driver's license to the room. The breakfast was good. The price for the king bedroom was very reasonable and unbeatable with breakfast included.

It's a clean and nice room with good hot water and ac. It was nice to have a fridge & microwave too. The modern lighting over the bathroom area sink was nice too I'm also grateful that management mad an exception to pay by my Venmo Debit Card. The Front Desk Clerk was not going to let me stay.

I liked a lot the free shuttle service to and from the airport, really convenient and it can be requested even really early in the morning!!! The breakfast was great, the bagels, donuts, muffins... the coffee, the fruit, all better to begin a new day of adventures in the Valley of the Sun. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and kind. The hotel is around 30 minutes or less by bus to downtown and with bus stops near the hotel!! Highly recommended!

Refund for First Day’s Deposit Dear hotel manager, I appreciate the convenient location of the property, as it is just 10 minutes from the airport. However, I was concerned about the smell of marijuana in the hallways. Additionally, I am still waiting for the refund of my first day's deposit. I have attached a photo for reference. When I was there, I spoke with the front desk representative, who informed me that I would receive my refund within approximately five days. However, I have yet to receive it. Everything was very clean and great light in the bathroom, power in the shower and comfortable size for the bedroom and bathroom. Since we were sharing a room with four of us women before the other room was available, and getting ready for a memorial service, it was great to have the separate toilet from sink area and lots of space. The free airport shuttle also worked very well.
