SureStay Hotel by Best Western Phoenix Airport

Recently remodeled room was clean.

I liked a lot the free shuttle service to and from the airport, really convenient and it can be requested even really early in the morning!!! The breakfast was great, the bagels, donuts, muffins... the coffee, the fruit, all better to begin a new day of adventures in the Valley of the Sun. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and kind. The hotel is around 30 minutes or less by bus to downtown and with bus stops near the hotel!! Highly recommended!

Refund for First Day’s Deposit Dear hotel manager, I appreciate the convenient location of the property, as it is just 10 minutes from the airport. However, I was concerned about the smell of marijuana in the hallways. Additionally, I am still waiting for the refund of my first day's deposit. I have attached a photo for reference. When I was there, I spoke with the front desk representative, who informed me that I would receive my refund within approximately five days. However, I have yet to receive it. Could you please provide an update on the status of my refund? I appreciate your assistance. Best regards, Laura Mireles

The room was bigger than I expected, everything was clean, the staff was friendly and almost everyone speaks spanish, the pool was warm. The shuttle really takes you from the airport to the hotel door, and it’s completely free, which is very convenient.

great value for what you pay for. Breakfast is simple but filling, rooms were really clean and spacious. The water pressure was nice and overall room had everything that you needed. All in all impressed with the value.
