Refund for First Day’s Deposit Dear hotel manager, I appreciate the convenient location of the property, as it is just 10 minutes from the airport. However, I was concerned about the smell of marijuana in the hallways. Additionally, I am still waiting for the refund of my first day's deposit. I have attached a photo for reference. When I was there, I spoke with the front desk representative, who informed me that I would receive my refund within approximately five days. However, I have yet to receive it. I liked a lot the free shuttle service to and from the airport, really convenient and it can be requested even really early in the morning!!! The breakfast was great, the bagels, donuts, muffins... the coffee, the fruit, all better to begin a new day of adventures in the Valley of the Sun. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and kind. The hotel is around 30 minutes or less by bus to downtown and with bus stops near the hotel!! Highly recommended!

Plenty of choice for breakfast. I met 3 staff and they were all professional, helpful, and friendly. Bed very comfortable and room clean and newly renovated. The free shuttle made getting to the hotel easy. I liked that it was a small hotel/motel. No noise from other guests though some plane noise but not enough to prevent sleep. Pool looked inviting. I didn't mind the light industrial area location since it was quiet.

This motel is recently renovated. The rooms are roomy and VERY clean. The matress was very comfortable. It was a quiet night , but some minor sounds after about 8 am. Shuttle service was prompt. Coffee was good at the buffet. The style is 1960's two story motel with direct entry into your room. The exterior has been updated with trim and paint.

The room was bigger than I expected, everything was clean, the staff was friendly and almost everyone speaks spanish, the pool was warm. The shuttle really takes you from the airport to the hotel door, and it’s completely free, which is very convenient.
